Personally, I have never wanted to be a celebrity of any kind, not even of the YouTuber kind, where we have to put “celebrity” in quotation marks. Individual people might be smart, but crowds of people are dumb, easily influenced and easily led, and it really doesn’t take much for them to turn on you like a pack of hungry wolves.

That’s what this YouTuber learned the hard way. This poor person spent 300 hours working on this map, and when they posted it for sale on Patreon—hoping to get even a little bit of money in exchange for all their hours of work—the fans of the channel lost their minds until the person made the map available for free. Like I said, no interest in being a celebrity.
