Sure, there are loopholes and certain things that people can do that help their chances of receiving something a little under the asking price… But it is important to remember that nothing in this life is free.

For some reason, this person thought that they would be able to receive a pretty nice birthday present from a complete stranger. We’re not entirely sure what was going through this person’s head when they asked for this handout, but it is clear to everyone else but him that this kind of thing never happens.
