#30: Brush Up
We’ve already lectured you about flossing, but we’re not done. Make sure you brush your teeth every day, too! If you already have a dental hygiene routine built into your life, you may be shocked to learn that not everyone brushes their teeth every day. We’re not here to shame anyone, but… that’s gross. Sorry!
It’s important to brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes at a time. Brushing your teeth keeps them free of harmful bacteria, food, and plaque. If you don’t brush your teeth properly, you will most likely get cavities and gingivitis. Your teeth may even fall out! So, stop complaining and just do it. Your future self will thank you.
