#8: Watch Your Knees
Getting older has its perks, but it also has its downsides. One day you wake up and realize that your body doesn’t bounce back like it did in your 20s. Instead of feeling like your body is betraying you with back pain and knee strain, embrace the change!
Acknowledge that your body will change as you get older, and take care of yourself now to prevent unnecessary pain later. Floss your teeth, go to the doctor, and take your vitamins while you’re young! Your future self will thank you. Taking care of your knees and teeth (among other things) can help you live a healthier life for longer.
