#12: Out of Office
Never bring work home with you. This is more of a challenge for people who work from home, but it is still a crucial piece of advice for being happy. If you are having a bad day at work or are feeling stressed out by a boss or coworker, leave those feelings at your office door.

It’s not worth it to carry that negative energy home with you. Letting work affect your attitude outside work can negatively impact your relationships, happiness, and hobbies. A work-life balance can be hard to achieve, but it’s worth the effort. Your whole life shouldn’t be your job. There are so many other things to enjoy!
