#29: There’s Better Help
If you struggle with your mental health, you are not alone. About 26% of American adults suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder. Thankfully, therapy and open discussions about mental health have become less stigmatized in recent years. There are more resources to get help and support now than ever before.
It can still be hard to take the first step, but making an effort to work through issues and improve your mental health can reshape your life. Give therapy a try and see how it goes. There is a lot of decent help out there, and you won’t know until you try. Getting help is easier said than done, but we believe in you!
