#32: Stay Healthy
Too many people (myself included) take their good health for granted and don’t keep healthy habits. As we all get older, it’s vital to take care of and nurture our bodies. This can include eating more veggies and fruits, exercising regularly, or even doing simple daily stretches. Forming good habits when we’re younger will make it easier for us in the future.
Trust us; your future self will thank your past self for building that healthy snack habit. It’s also important to learn that sometimes our bodies don’t do what we want them to do. A portion of good health is pure luck and genetics. The main takeaway lesson is to practice preventative, healthy habits so that we can enjoy living in our bodies for as long as possible.
