People Share Wild, Inappropriate, and Questionable Behaviours They Witnessed at Funerals

Every family has its own way of coping. Some families, like this one, rely on dark humor to get them through tough times. Our storyteller’s father recently passed away, and the whole family went out to dinner after his funeral. It was a sad day, but they were able to find a moment of levity. 

The storyteller explains that he quickly grabbed a hoodie out of the closet before they left for their post-funeral dinner. Turns out, the hoodie used to belong to his dad. Nevertheless, he wore it and didn’t think much about it until his brother noticed. His brother sarcastically pointed it out and the storyteller replied, “Thanks. I got it off a dead guy.” It’s definitely the kind of joke that only works within a close family!
