People Share Wild, Inappropriate, and Questionable Behaviours They Witnessed at Funerals

This woman was betrayed by her own children at her grandfather’s funeral. She was talking to her father during the viewing, so her 10- and 8-year-old boys thought this was the perfect idea to slip away. Instead of sneaking outside and climbing a tree or doing something normal, they went straight for the coffin. 

They were able to drag a chair over, climb up, and reach into the coffin to make their great-grandfather’s mouth into a smile. Uh oh! The OP didn’t realize what was happening until she heard her kids cracking up at the front of the room. She was absolutely horrified by her kids’ behavior, but her dad wasn’t too upset. He said their great-grandpa would have thought it was hilarious. Thankfully, it turned out all right in the end.
