Props to this guy for at least realizing what he did and apologizing for it. There’s something inherently funny about someone casually dropping their phone into a pint of beer as if it’s not a waste of good beer, but it can be pretty rude when you know the people you’re with really envied that phone in the first place.

Between this and the last post, it’s interesting that the kind of cellphone someone has affects their perceived status. Not something that would have existed a few decades ago; before that, there were other ways to show it off.
