Well, if he doesn’t want a chain of 5-star hotels in his name, I am sure there are plenty of other people who will take them off his hands. It’s such a strange thing to complain about, and it really bears the question: what exactly did he want?

Chances are the money from those hotels would be able to pay for it, but he was still young didn’t quite have the mindset of looking at the big picture just yet. My sympathies to the OP for having to deal with this as a worker at the school.
