I loved the original version of the Rugrats, and even though their teenager adaption was also pretty cool, seeing them all grown up made me realize I was growing up as well. Although I think it would be really cool to have an adult version of the Rugrats, I would absolutely love to see Angelica being a total girl boss nowadays.

A few years ago, a dreadful Rugrats theory began circulating on Tumblr. It was coined the “Rugrats Never Happened” theory and essentially claimed that all of the kids were Angelica’s imaginary friends she made up to cope with her absentee parents. Thankfully, the show creator debunked this lunacy, and the internet failed to ruin one of my favorite shows again!
