Things People Didn’t Realize Weren’t Normal Until They Grew Up

Stranger danger – the timeless childhood lesson that teaches kids to be afraid of anyone they don’t know. Apparently, only 20% of parents report teaching their kids about stranger danger before age 5. My parents would try to drill into my head all the reasons why I shouldn’t talk to strangers.

At the end of the day, though, knowing the potential dangers is important. This little girl might not have realized it at the time, but going into a stranger’s house is a rather unsafe thing to do. Perhaps her parents never told her, but either way, we’re glad nothing happen, and she’s ok.
