#12: Such a Double-Edged Sword
There’s nothing like a bit of exercise to get the blood flowing, and then once your circulation is going after you’ve bundled up because you were freezing when you got out of bed, you are now paying for it. The crisp morning starts with a wardrobe worthy of an arctic expedition. “Wearing 12 layers was a great idea,” you tell yourself as you brave the frosty outdoors.
Well, enter any heated building, and suddenly, you’re a walking sauna. It’s the winter workout no one asked for, peeling off layers faster than a speeding snowflake. Winter may be the only season where you can experience both ends of the thermometer within the span of a doorway. And you thought the balance was just for yoga.
