The amount of water a person should drink varies depending on their weight and diet, but it’s generally a good idea to drink as much as you can daily. Doctors recommend drinking 11 to 15 cups of water a day. That’s a lot! Water is crucial for a healthy digestive system, so if you skip out, there could be consequences.
