#27: Dental Hygiene is Important
We’ve already lectured you about flossing, but we’re not done. Make sure you brush your teeth every day, too! Brushing your teeth twice a day for two minutes at a time is essential. Brushing your teeth frees them from harmful bacteria, food, and plaque. You will likely get cavities and gingivitis if you don’t brush your teeth properly. Your teeth may even fall out! So, stop complaining and do it. Your future self will thank you.
