#11: Kramer’s Entrances
Once every generation or so, a sitcom takes the world by storm. Typically, a character on this TV show is popular for their dramatic entrances, followed by loud cheering from the audience. The Fonze from Happy Days was that character in the 1970s, and Kramer from Seinfeld was the 90s version.
Kramer was famous for his wildly energetic, often chaotic, appearances and how he burst into Jerry’s apartment. This picture shows the actor who played Kramer, Michael Richards, getting ready to make his dramatic appearance. You can see him off-set, already preparing his body for the manic arrival! We can’t imagine how exhausted Michael Richards must have been after every Seinfeld taping!
