The Inherent Violence in Humanity
It’s debated whether our propensity for conflict stems from culture or our very essence. Yet, historical and genetic evidence point to violence being deeply embedded within us, as primitive societies also engaged in warfare, making violence a primal aspect of survival.
Despite understanding the immorality of violence, we must ponder if this inherent trait can be justified by our moral consciousness. A philosophical dilemma that challenges our understanding of human nature and the justification of our violent inclinations.
