#9: Ready for the Disco
It’s hard to believe that the 1970s are now considered “vintage.” We might still be in denial about this, but younger generations have embraced the “retro” appeal of the decade. This new generation of thrifters loves to come across clothing and decor from the ‘70s to add to their collections.
This young lady found a mint-condition, floor-length gown from the 1970s at her local thrift store. While some of us might be in denial that our favorite decade is “vintage,” there’s no denying that ‘70s-era clothing is pretty hard to find in a thrift store these days. This dress is so retro that it’s back in fashion again. We hope she bought this dress and gave it a new life. It still has parties to attend and discos to dance!
