#38: Snack Attack
As someone who snacks constantly, I very much approve of the idea of being allowed just to snack whenever. But I also totally get why parents often worry about when their kids eat. After all, if your kid eats at 5 and you normally eat at 6, they’re going to be too full to eat the thing that you actually made for dinner. But if that’s not the case, we shouldn’t get too fussy about this sort of thing.
After all, kids are constantly growing, and they can get hungry! They need food to help them grow big and strong. So just let them do their thing. It’s important to provide positive imagery around food from a young age so that kids don’t develop any weird eating habits.
