Sea Angels
You would probably never expect a slug to be called an angel, yet here we are. These super small creatures are in the sea slug family. Shockingly, sea angels are predators, but don’t worry; they won’t bite or sting humans. Instead, they munch on smaller slugs and insects.

Sea angels don’t get their name for their spectacularly sweet dispositions. They’re named for how they move; they seem to flutter as if flying. They are also pale and see-through, so they have a very ethereal effect. We can see how they might have been mistaken for tiny angelic creatures once upon a time.
