The Good, the Bad, and the Funny: Guests and Hosts Share Questionable Airbnb Experiences

This person traveled to NYC for work, and since his company was paying for accommodation, they decided to go with the cheaper option and put him in an Airbnb in New Jersey. That wasn’t the worst part, though. It wasn’t the location that got to him as much as the place itself, which wasn’t even an apartment, but some guy’s art studio.

We still didn’t get to the worst part: the paper-thin walls through which he could hear the host arguing and yelling on the phone at all hours of the night. To top it all off, he didn’t even sleep on a proper bed, but on a cot with a dirty pillow. Hey, at least the host tried to make things better by putting a rose on the guest’s pillow.
