The Good, the Bad, and the Funny: Guests and Hosts Share Questionable Airbnb Experiences

One host on Airbnb had a guest steal some toiletries from her, including mouthwash that she keeps inside an old alcohol bottle. According to her, it’s classy. I can see that! Either way, this guest probably thought he had stolen some expensive alcoholic drink, along with some other items, and was hoping to make a profit.

It’s the worst thing when you find out a person you had let inside your home steals from you, and we can’t blame this person for being upset. Guests and hosts have this mutual trust and understanding between them, and when one steals from the other, it’s a breach of that trust.
