42 Hilarious Things People Believed Were True While Growing Up

This is a situation I am glad the childish assumption was incorrect. It can’t be good for anyone to be chained up outside in the cold for thirty minutes just to park where they weren’t supposed to. Would it reduce illegal parking though, or was the towing already enough of a deterrent?

These are the big questions; I need answers to them right now. Never mind the fact I hate driving on the snow; it’s not fun even when you do have chains on your tires, even if it’s a bit less slippery–until you hit the black ice.
