#37: Snacks Are Allowed
As someone who snacks constantly, I very much approve of the idea of being allowed to snack whenever. But I also totally get why parents often worry about when their kids eat. After all, if your kid eats at five and you usually eat at 6, they’ll be too full to eat the thing you made for dinner. But if that’s not the case, we shouldn’t get too fussy about this.

After all, kids are constantly growing, and they can get hungry! They need food to help them grow big and strong, so just let them do their thing. It’s important to provide positive imagery around food from a young age so that kids don’t develop weird eating habits.
