It always seems like no matter how many batteries you keep stored in your junk drawer, you never have the correct size you need. Of course, you could run out and buy the size your electronic requires, but it feels so wasteful to keep spending even more money on batteries. Plus, a trip to the store isn’t realistic if your kiddo is screaming for their favorite toy.

This parent made the questionable choice to make the smaller batteries work for their child’s toy. A little bit of balled-up foil makes the perfect conductor, allowing the energy to flow the way it needs to. We understand that desperate times call for desperate measures, but we hope this was a short-lived solution.
