#10: Controller Drift
Experienced gamers will feel this one. Older control sticks sometimes experience a phenomenon called drift, which is when the joystick naturally leans ever so slightly to one direction, causing just enough chaos on your screen to drive you crazy. It can cause characters to move in a way you don’t mean for them to and throw off your entire game.

New controllers aren’t cheap, so this gamer had an interesting way to fix his controller drift. His elaborate system of rubber bands sure seems crazy complicated, but he just may be on to something here. If these bands can hold the joysticks in a neutral position, he could be a video game hero in real life!
