Yes, it’s completely quirky and bizarre. In theory, it’s kind of a cute idea; too bad she looks like she has a dead swan hanging around her neck.

If only the swan was her only offense, it might not be that bad. Unfortunately, however, her nude, sparkly stockings are super baggy on her, making her legs look very wrinkly.
