If you have a bad liver, you should avoid alcohol first and foremost. I’m not sure why she even felt she needed to point out the reason behind her well-done steak, but since she mentioned it, it’s fair to judge her drink of choice. She shouldn’t have been ordering steak, either. She probably has fatty liver disease.
Yes, it’s easier for your stomach to break down the well-cooked proteins, but if you’re already to the point where you need to watch your diet, leaving certain foods behind is necessary! Steak and alcohol are two of the worst items you can have for lunch – or breakfast! – if you’re trying to take care of yourself.
