Strangest and Funniest Beliefs We Used to Have as Kids

That’s one way to reduce button-pressing. I discovered a couple years ago you do not, in fact, have to press the button to get the crosswalk light to turn green anyway, so it makes me wonder why it’s there in the first place.

Does it speed up how quickly the light changes? Or is it just there to give you something to do while you wait? These are serious questions I need answers to because, as it stands right now, it’s pointing to a wider conspiracy!
