1. Think about what you eat
A healthy and balanced diet is crucial for balanced skin. Reduce sugar and milk products. Some tips on keeping a diary of the diet and keeping track of whether the skin seems to respond to something special – so smart because we are all different and react to different things!
2. Drink a lot
Water is super important for healthy skin. Alcohol, on the other hand, is something we reduce if we are to keep our skin in shape. One tip is to mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink immediately when you wake up in the morning!
3. Prioritize sleep
Sometimes it’s easier said than done, but try to reduce stress and sleep out! Ideally eight hours per night for a radiant complexion!
4. Fixed skincare routines
Washing your face is extremely important. And then moisturizing with moisturizer and oil after cleaning – super important!
5. Exercise more
Exercise in the fresh air not only produces roses on the cheek for the moment but has lots of positive effects on the skin. Invest in walking or more heart rate-enhancing activities based on your interests!
6. Oil on the outside and inside
Many people testify that oil helps balance the skin. Some people suggests that eating a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil every day helps, while others talk about olive oil, omega and night light oil.
Many also choose to add facial oil to their skincare routine, such as argan oil that can be used both on the face and on the rest of the body. But carrot seed oil and jojoba oil also help to balance the skin.
7. Don’t pick your face
We know it … sometimes it’s so hard not to pick on an unwelcome pimple or rash. But keeping your hands away from your face is the smartest thing in the long run!
